Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. The nose offers up aromas of spicy dark cherries and anise over some earthy cedar. Light with a dryish mouthfeel the palate is elegantly flavoured with cherries and anise followed by earthy cedar and spice. Drying finish with coarse grainy tannins and a modest aftertaste of earthy anise, traces of cherry and spice.
