2015 Brick Kiln The Grove Shiraz

Matured in French oak hogsheads (33% new) for 18 months. Dense black dark red core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Heady aromas of dark plums, liquorice and black cherries are trailed by vanillin cedar, hints of fennel and pepper. The full bodied decadently rich palate is awash with flavours of blackberries, dark plums and liquorice which merge with flashes of dark chocolate, smoky vanillin cedar, earthy fennel infusions and pepper. Opulent textural feel with sturdy, velvet like tannins. Long blackberry, liquorice, dark plum, subtle dark chocolate, smoky vanillin cedar and spicy blackpepper aftertaste.
