Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Tantalising ripe lime and citrus aromas bounce out of the glass with notes of green apple and flinty mineral following on. Mouth watering flavours of ripe lime and citrus abound with underlying green apple, subtle orange rind and mineral. Crisp crunchy acid finish with a long ripe lime, orange infusions and mineral aftertaste.
