Made from 100% Carricante grapes. Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Delicately scented aromatics of citrus and green apple merge with subtle dried honey and flinty pear like notes. Light, tight and lean in the mouth the palate is subtlety flavoured with citrus, dried pear and green apple. Some flinty mineral infusions are also apparent on the very dry finish. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of citrus, dried pears, traces of nut and flinty mineral characters.
