2015 Austins & Co Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a red moving to brick red hue. The nose has a prominent whole bunch influence with dried clove scents overriding spicy dark cherry and strawberry notes. Other spicy dried herb characters ensue. Light to medium bodied with a supple mouthfeel the palate dishes up ripe dark cherry and strawberry flavours which run into dried herb infusions, forest floor and spicy cedar. Very fine grained, velvet like tannins. Spicy aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, strawberries, dried cloves, forest floor and spicy cedar.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
