2015 Atze's Corner The Mob Montepulciano

Opaque black dark red colour with a vibrant dark red hue. Nosing yields freshly crushed dark cherry, liquorice and ripe plum aromas followed by hints of inky earth and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses juicy ripe dark cherry and dark plum flavours over some subtle inky earth infusions and spice. Bright acid finish with slightly chalky but balanced tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, plum, a touch of liquorice, inky earth characters and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
