2015 Arnaud Lambert Saumur Breze “Clos de l'Etoile”

100% Cabernet Franc from a 1.8 ha site planted 1990 on sand over limestone soil. 100% destemmed and natural-yeast fermented with gentle maceration by infusion (no pump-overs) and aged on lees in barrel for 24 months before bottling with no fining or filtration and aged for a further year in bottle before release.
