2015 Angas & Bremer Cabernet Sauvignon

Excellent colour displaying an impenetrable pitch black core with a very deep dark red black hue. Lifted ripe blackcurrant scents combine with hints of liquorice and choc mint over earthy vanillin cedar and spice. Rich full bodied palate with lashings of blackcurrant, liquorice and choc mint fruit held in place by a firm tannin structure. Vanillin cedar, earth and spice nuances are also apparent. Good power and concentration with a medium to long ripe blackcurrant, choc mint, earth and spicy vanillin cedar aftertaste.
