2015 Ada River Pinot Noir

A nicely aged Pinot that’s silky and savoury.

Semi translucent bright red colour with a light brick red tinged hue. Spicy rhubarb, cherry and strawberry scents show ample fragrance out of the glass followed by forest floor, dried herb and bramble notes. Delicious cherry and strawberry fruits make a silken entrance with notions of rhubarb, dried herbs, forest floor and spicy bramble highlighted across the back half. Nicely powered it has polished tannins and a long supple finish that shows some spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
