2015 3 Drops Riesling

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lime and lemon rind are followed by green apple with stony mineral end notes. Flavours of lemon, lime and green apple move lightly across the palate with a dry, stony mineral finish. Steely acidity with an aftertaste of lemon, lime and stony mineral.
Cellar 6-8 years.
