2015 102 Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Lifted aniseed and liquorice aromas sit over toasty vanillin cedar, subtle fennel and pepper notes. Rich, opulently textured aniseed and liquorice flavours dominate the palate with an undercard of ripe plum, toasty vanillin oak and spice. Fine grained, polished tannins with an aftertaste of aniseed, ripe plum, toasty vanillin oak and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
