Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe pear and red apple aromas are overlaid by a hint of musk and faint spice. The palate has good intensity with flavours of pear and red apples dominate over a touch of citrus with a dry spicy finish. Good textural feel. Medium to long aftertaste of pears, red apple and spice. A delightful Pinot Grigio.
