Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of subtle white peaches and nectarines are overlaid by biscuit, toast and spice. Fresh and lean the palate has delicate flavours of nectarine, citrus and biscuity toast like characters followed by some mineral. Clean dry finish with bright acidity. Aftertaste of nectarine, pear, biscuity toast like characters and mineral. Quite Chablis like.
