Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose is filled with herbaceous grassy aromas as well as asparagus, gooseberry, citrus and light pencil shaving characters. Light, fresh and crisp on the finish the palate has flavours of citrus, herbaceous gooseberries, asparagus, some grassiness and faint pencil shavings. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of grassy asparagus, herbaceous characters, citrus and pencil shavings.
