2014 Vina Cobos Felino Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted fresh white peach top notes are complimented by aromas of honeycomb, light cashew, citrus and nougat. Rich mouthfilling flavours of ripe white peaches and honeycomb are prevalent over some citrusy nougat, lightly toasted oak and spice. Textured mouthfeel with good fresh acidity on the finish. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe white peaches, honeycomb, nougat, toasty oak and spice. A very impressive effort for the price.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
