2014 Vina Cobos Felino Cabernet Sauvignon

A rich, opulently textured Cabernet loaded with hedonistic cassis and blackcurrant fruit.

Totally opaque inky black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted cassis and black cherry aromas overlay a hint of liquorice, cedary, tobacco characters and spice. Very rich and full with waves of ripe blackcurrant, cassis and black cherry fruit exploding across the palate underpinned by some toasty cedar and spice. Opulent mouthfeel with the sturdily built tannin base appearing velvet like beneath the fruit. Long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, cassis, black cherries, some toasty oak and spice.
Cellar 3-4 years.
