Brilliant pale straw colour with flecks of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears and citrus are laced with hints of honeysuckle followed by quince and spice end notes. Rich, with a luscious textural feel counterpointed by fresh acidity, the palate has mouthfilling flavours of spiced pears, honeysuckle, traces of lemon butter and quince with the spice continuing right through to the dry finish. Aftertaste of spice, pears, honeysuckle infusions, subtle lemon butter and quince.
