Semi translucent dark red colour with a bright crimson red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries and anise overlay some meatiness and spicy cedar. Light and fresh the palate has flavours of dark cherries alongside some inky dried meat characters and spicy cedar. Dryish but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark cherries, meaty characters and cedar.
