Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. The nose exhibits ripe blackcurrant and dark cherry aromas with nuances of liquorice, cedar and faint spicy earth also evident. Medium bodied the palate has generous ripe blackcurrant and mulberry flavours over some lightly earthed cedar and spice. Soft fine grained tannins with an aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, earthy cedar and spice.
