Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Fresh lime, citrus and green apple aromas emerge followed by a hint of mineral as an end note. The palate has flavours of green apple and lime to the fore followed by some citrus infused mineral on the back palate. Dry with clean crisp acidity. Aftertaste of green apple, lime and citrusy mineral.
