Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lemon and lime top notes are followed by some mandarin and flinty mineral. The palate has a sense of austerity with lemon and lime flavours to the fore over a touch of green apple and orange rind with a dry steely finish. Crisp crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral. A leaner style of Riesling built for cellaring.
