Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Ripe lime and lemon butter scents are followed by some green apple. Light and steely the palate has flavours of lemon, light lime and green apple over a steely mineral infused spine. Very dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of lemon, green apple and steely mineral. A dry austere Riesling.
