Totally opaque black purple colour with a dark purple red hue. Youthful scents of freshly crushed blackberries, dark raspberries and a touch of liquorice greet the nose followed by vanillin confectionary. On the palate juicy, freshly squeezed blackberry and liquorice flavours overlay vanillin confectionary and spice characters. Slightly dryish finish with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry juice, liquorice, vanillin confectionary and light pepper.
