Totally opaque black dark purple colour with a deep dark purple hue. Aromas of freshly crushed blackberries, plum and liquorice are followed by some vanillin confectionary. Rich and juicy the palate is filled with lusciously textured fresh blackberries, plums and inky liquorice flavours over a background of toasty vanillin oak finishing very spicy. Velvet smooth tannins. Long aftertaste of blackberries, inky liquorice and spicy vanillin oak. A soft juicy Shiraz.
