2014 Terra Felix Prosecco

A relatively short lived white creamy mousse is followed by a straw base colour. Exceptionally fine bead shows excellent persistence. Fruity aromas of ripe apples and pears are followed by some honeyed toast like characters. The palate is quite full and broad in style for Prosecco with flavours of baked apples dominate over some toasted characters, ripe pears and dried honey. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of baked apple, toasty honey like characters and traces of nuttiness.
