Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays aromas of ripe limes and green apples intermixed with a hint of mandarin finishing with orange blossom end notes. Lively palate flavours of ripe lime and citrus are followed by a touch of orange blossom with flinty mineral infusions on the finish. Refreshing acidity with an aftertaste of ripe lime, orange blossom and flinty mineral.
