2014 Summerfield Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark crimson colour with a dark crimson black hue. Scented aromas of blackcurrant, liquorice and choc mint arise from the glass overlaying a backdrop of spicy vanillin cedar. Medium to full bodied the palate features a rich fleshy textured flavour profile of ripe blackcurrant and dark chocolate with spearmint infusions followed by vanillin cedar and spice. Fine grained, sturdily structured tannins with an aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, subtle spearmint, some earthiness and spicy vanillin cedar.
Cellar 5-6 years.
