Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Scented aromas of liquorice and dried clove are followed by some meatiness, smoky cedar and pepper. Medium bodied the palate is generously flavoured with liquorice and plum overlaid by smoky cedar and dried clove with some spicy pepper on the finish. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, plum, smoky cedar, dried clove and spice.
