Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals ripe lime top notes followed by some citrus, orange blossom and green apple. The palate is filled with flavours of ripe limes, orange zest, citrus and green apple with some steely mineral characters on the racy acid finish. Aftertaste of limes, orange zest, citrus, crunchy green apple and steely mineral.
