Bright straw colour with a watery hue. The nose exhibits aromatics of lemon curd, pear and quince aromas followed by light honeyed butter and faint spice notes. Light in weight but texturally rounded with a fresh finish the palate lacks penetration and richness delivering an elegant flavour profile of lemon butter, pears and delicate infusions of quince over some citrus and a touch of spice. Finishes dry with bright acidity and a moderate aftertaste of citrus, lemon butter, subtle quince and spice.
