2014 Soumah Savarro

Brilliant water like colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. On the nose lemon and green apple top notes are followed by a faint whiff of honeysuckle and mineral. Light weight with a very delicate mouthfeel, flavours of citrus and green apple are overlaid by subtle honeysuckle with a trace of mineral on the back palate. Clean dry finish with fresh acidity and an aftertaste of citrus, light honeysuckle and mineral.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
