Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose offers up ripe lime and lemon top notes followed by some green apple and flinty mineral. Racy palate flavours of ripe limes and freshly squeezed lemon are followed by crunchy green apple and a steely mineral backbone with razor sharp acidity. Dry finish with an aftertaste of lemon, lime, green apple and steely mineral. A dry austere Riesling.
