2014 Slow Red Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with a dark reddy black hue. Aromas of blackcurrant laced with dried herbs overlay cedary tobacco characters and spicy vanillin notes. Rich plummy blackcurrant flavours are to the fore on the medium weighted palate with cedary tobacco characters and spicy dried herbs also present. Juicy mouthfeel with fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy plum, blackcurrant, cedary tobacco characters and dried herbs.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
