Brilliant straw colour with a tinge of green around the edges and a very pale straw hue. The nose displays aromas of peach and apricot intermixed with some lemon butter and a touch of bees wax. Rich, full and creamy the palate has a distinct honeycomb character with flavours of butterscotch, lemon butter and spicy cashew also present. Dry finish with soft acidity and an aftertaste of honeycomb, butterscotch, lemon butter and cashew.
