2014 Signatory Vintage Mannochmore 11 Year Old 100 Proof Edition #51 Single Malt Scotch Whisky (700ml)

Mannochmore is pretty much a Diageo blend filler, but also appreciated as a standalone malt. Here we have one of its more interesting expressions. While most of the 100 Proof series are matured in Oloroso sherry casks, this Mannochmore marks a point of difference having being drawn from first-fill Pedro Ximenez Quarter casks and refill hogsheads for a pronounced "sherry-meets-fruit" profile. One taste and you'll be happy to have found it! 57.1% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
