Certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lime and citrus top notes are followed by some orange rind, light talc and mineral. The palate has flavours of lime and citrus alongside some green apple with a dry crisp minerally finish but lacks penetration. Aftertaste of lime, green apple and flinty mineral.
