Brilliant water like colour with pale straw edges and a watery hue. Intense lemon and fresh lime aromas dominate the nose followed by some orange rind and talc infused with mineral. Refreshing lime and citrus flavours are to the fore over a background of talc and mineral. Crunchy acidity with a dry finish. Long lime, citrus, talc and mineral aftertaste.
