2014 Ramos Pinto Duas Quintas

Totally opaque black dark red core with a deep dark purple hue. Aromas of black cherries and liquorice combine merging into some subtle scorched earth, black olive and spicy vanillin cedar notes. Medium bodied with an elegant feel and chewy tannins the palate is flavoured with black cherries, liquorice, scorched earth and spice. Dryish finish with fresh balanced acidity. Aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice, scorched earth and leathery vanillin cedar characters.
