Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose reveals a lifted aromatic profile of ripe pears, red apples and musk with honeysuckle end notes. Medium bodied with a good textural feel counter balanced by some natural acidity freshness on the finish. Flavours of ripe pears, red apples and honeysuckle are featured followed by a touch of musk with a spicy dry conclusion. Long spicy ripe pear, musk and honeysuckle aftertaste.
