Brilliant pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe tropical fruits alongside some ripe pear and apple with a hint of spice as an end note. Quite full and rounded in texture flavours of ripe tropical fruits, pear and apple are to the fore followed by some spice on the back palate. Clean dry finish with the acidity beginning to soften. Aftertaste of tropical fruits, ripe pear and spice.
