Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. The nose shows good intensity with lifted aromas of lemon and lime alongside some orange rind finishing with talc and mineral end notes. The palate is fresh and crunchy with flavours of lime and citrus prevalent over talc and steely mineral. Dry finish with clean crisp acidity. Long lemon, lime and steely mineral aftertaste.
