Fermented in a mixture of French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and apricot top notes are followed by some honeycomb and lightly spiced nougat scents. Medium weight with a moderately creamy mouthfeel the palate features flavours of ripe peaches, apricot, dried honey and spice. Clean dry finish. It is a touch lighter and not as concentrated as the 2013. Aftertaste of peaches, apricot and subtle dried honey. Will fill out further with bottle age.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
