2014 Pegasus Bay Sauvignon Semillon

Bright straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes intermix with asparagus, citrus, green bean, light cedar and spice. There’s still plenty of vibrant acidity and life to the wine despite its fullish mouthfeel. Herbacaeous asparagus, citrus and cut grass flavours overshadow some pencil shaving infusions and spice on the back palate. Finishes with good crispness and a long aftertaste of herbaceous grassy characters, citrus, asparagus and spicy pencil shavings.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
