2014 Pegasus Bay Riesling

Bright straw colour with a dash of green around the edges and a watery hue. The nose has uplifted aromas of ripe lime, red apple and mandarin gracefully laced with honeysuckle followed by quincy end notes. Rich and full in the mouth the palate features generous ripe lime, red apple and orange flavours overlaid with honeysuckle and traces of quince finishing with a burst of freshness from the lively acidity. Off dry with a long conclusion of red apple, ripe lime, honeysuckle and quince.
