Deep dark red black tinged colour with a bright dark red hue. Scented aromatics of ripe dark raspberries and plum juice rise into the nostrils with ensuing notes of liquorice, scorched earth and spice. Vibrant dark raspberry and plum flavours are to the fore underpinned by subtle liquorice, faint scorched earth and spice. Very fresh, almost crunchy like acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of tart raspberries, plum, subtle liquorice and spicy earth.
