Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Freshly squeezed lemon and lime scents are followed by some green apple and steely mineral. The palate is light and very dry with tightly packed flavours of lemon and lime wrapped around a steely core with some minerality on the crisp crunchy finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
