2014 Paradise IV Chardonnay

Brilliant straw colour with some pale gold around the edges and a very pale straw hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe white peaches and nectarine with a toast overlay and following notes of dried honey, biscuity cashew and spice. The palate has excellent richness and combines a slightly oily mouthfeel with a vibrant fresh finish. Flavours of ripe white peaches and poached pear are followed by some dried honey infusions, cashew and smoky gun flint like characters. Long aftertaste of white peaches infused with dried honey and smoky gun flint alongside a hint of spicy cashew.
