2014 Pachamama Shiraz

Opaque black purple colour with a dark purple hue. Freshly crushed blackberry and dark plum aromas are followed by some subtle chocolate bullets, earthy cedar and pepper. Medium to full bodied the palate has joosy flavours of ripe blackberries, dark plums and a touch of liquorice followed by some vanillin cedar and light pepper. Dryish finish with slightly chewy but otherwise fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe blackberries, liquorice, vanillin cedar and pepper.
Cellar 5-6 years.
