Brilliant water like colour with a greenish around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of passionfruit are to the fore with a herbaceous grassy overlay and notes of capsicum and citrus following. The palate shows a slightly greener profile than the nose indicates with flavours of gooseberry, herbaceous asparagus like characters, light passionfruit and citrus. Refreshing crisp acid finish with an aftertaste of gooseberry, grassy asparagus, citrus and light capsicum.
