Brilliant water like colour with a distinctive greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Showing very good intensity the nose displays aromas of lime and citrus followed by some green apple, talc and mineral. Reflective of the nose concentrated lemon and lime flavours are to the fore with background nuances of fresh green apple and steely mineral. Crisp acidity provides a vibrant dry finish. Long aftertaste of lime, citrus and steely mineral.
